Job Description

Do you have a passion for the English language and a talent for making it click for others? Mondosol is searching for a skilled English Language Teacher to join our global online teaching community. Work from anywhere, on your schedule.

What You Will Do:

• Teach engaging one-on-one and group English lessons via Google Meet
• Assess each student's level and build customized lesson plans that match their goals
• Help students master English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation
• Provide clear, constructive feedback that accelerates student progress
• Prepare students for real-world English use — at work, in travel, and in everyday life
• Track learning milestones and adjust your teaching style as students develop
• Contribute to a welcoming, growth-oriented online learning community

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Native or near-native English speaker (C1/C2 or higher)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment
• Computer, webcam, and microphone ready for Google Meet sessions

Nice to Have:

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English teaching certification
• Experience teaching English to non-native speakers (adults or mixed levels)
• Knowledge of multiple teaching methods (communicative, task-based, grammar-translation)
• Prior experience with online teaching platforms
