BillionToOne is looking to hire an EMR Integration Specialist to act as a liaison between our prenatal sales representatives and healthcare providers. You will drive successful implementation of EMR integration and ensure healthcare providers’ offices can easily access UNITY. You will collaborate with healthcare providers & hospital/systems IT departments to integrate with BillionToOne’s products, and allow for a seamless end-to-end ordering process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of highly innovative technology. This position is remote and will report to an Area Director, Prenatal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expertise of all BillionToOne EMR solutions; consistently optimize solution offerings and implementation processes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers/systems and their IT teams to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Lead key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, change management, Go-Live Support, Post Go-Live Support planning, coordination of legal agreements
- Coordinate internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams
- Provide end-user training
- Post-integration, own the live customer relationship and act as main point of contact for any integration issues, changes, etc.
- Educate BTO sales teams and external clients on EMR Integration
- Navigate and champion IT project requests
- Work closely with sales representatives to continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
- Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and the end-to-end EMR integration process, and how to bridge together all 3
- Proven healthcare project management experience with successful track record of managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
- Very tech-savvy – previous experience in a technical role is a plus
- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with HL7 FHIR
- Existing IT contacts at health systems/IDNs
