Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role: Hikinex is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and experienced in building engaging email journeys that drive conversions and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage email calendars, workflows, and automation sequences.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and ensure email deliverability compliance.
• Maintain and update email databases and CRM systems.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role with hands-on experience in platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing automation, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills to drive engagement.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and experience working with US-based clients.
