No formal degree is required for this role. Instead, we seek someone with a natural talent for writing compelling emails that people actually open, along with the discipline to track and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and deploy targeted email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddyâs subscriber base.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history to ensure personalized communication.
- A/B test subject lines, send times, and call-to-action (CTA) elements to optimize open rates and click-through rates (CTR).
- Design and maintain automated email flows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and offer alerts.
- Monitor key metrics such as deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and iterate strategies based on insights to continuously improve results.
Requirements:
- No degree required.
- Familiarity with popular email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong writing skillsâyour emails should feel human and engaging, not robotic or overly promotional.
- A basic understanding of email marketing metrics, including open rates, CTR, and deliverability.
- Attention to detailâtypos or errors in mass emails can have costly consequences.
- Comfortable working within email templates and making minor edits in basic HTML.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing deadlines independently.
