The Role

Email remains one of the highest-ROI channels in digital marketing, and NoGigiddy’s subscriber list is growing rapidly. As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will craft and send campaigns that keep our audience engaged, informed, and motivated to explore the earning opportunities they care about. No formal degree is required—just a talent for writing emails that people actually open, combined with the discipline to track and analyze what works.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy’s subscriber list
• Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to optimize open and click rates
• Build and maintain automated flows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and offer alerts
• Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives
• Report on campaign performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights

Requirements

• No degree required
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign
• Strong writing skills—your emails should feel human, not robotic
• Basic understanding of key email metrics: open rate, click-through rate (CTR), and deliverability
• Attention to detail—errors in mass emails can be costly
• Comfortable working with email templates and making basic HTML edits
• Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines independently
