Email Marketer

About the Role: Tradeify Crypto is building a high-growth trading platform focused on helping users engage with crypto markets. We are looking for an Email Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns across the Tradeify Crypto ecosystem to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, product updates, and lifecycle communications.
• Develop and manage automated email workflows (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention campaigns).
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused email copy and conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content.
• Track campaign performance, optimize for key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), and maintain list hygiene.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Customer.io, HubSpot, or Braze.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, high-converting email content.
• Comfortable analyzing email metrics, running A/B tests, and using performance data to improve campaigns.
• Bonus: Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or a high-growth B2C environment.
