Mission:

You will drive revenue growth by converting site visitors into customers through funnel optimization, experimentation, CRO, and AI-driven user experiences, with the long-term goal of owning the full funnel and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a market.

Outcomes:

  • Outcome 1 (1–6 Months): Improve Funnel Entry Conversion. During the first six months, you will focus on improving the visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rate across key markets. This will be achieved by optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and funnel entry messaging, while ensuring that traffic intent is perfectly aligned with the landing experience.
  • Outcome 2 (1–6 Months): Drive Lead Generation on Paid Channels. Simultaneously, you will work to improve the lead generation rate on top paid landing pages. In close collaboration with the paid marketing team to ensure intent alignment, you will run targeted A/B tests on page structure, copy, and layout to maximize performance.
  • Outcome 3 (1–12 Months): Introduce AI-Driven Funnel Experiences. Over a twelve-month horizon, you will launch an AI-driven advisor for service and price discovery. Additionally, you will optimize the site for LLM-driven discovery and emerging AI browsing behaviors such as GEO and Web MCP, while actively using AI tools to improve overall workflows and funnel efficiency.
  • Outcome 4 (12+ Months): Step Up into Full Funnel Ownership. You will develop a deep understanding of funnel economics and user behavior. As you influence key pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions, you will progressively take on end-to-end ownership of full funnel performance and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a designated market

Must-Have Experience:

  • Professional Background: Bring 4 to 7 years of specialized experience across eCommerce, CRO, Growth, Digital Product, or Performance Marketing roles.
  • Track Record: Demonstrate proven success in directly improving the performance of landing pages, digital funnels, or conversion rates.
  • AI Fluency: Maintain an active, daily practice of using AI tools, showing a genuine enthusiasm for applying AI technology to enhance operational workflows, experimentation loops, and overall user experiences.
  • Tooling Expertise: Possess practical, hands-on capabilities with key web experimentation, analytics, and behavioral analysis platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or comparable tools.
  • Domain Knowledge: Core competency includes a deep understanding of CRO methodologies, user behavior dynamics, funnel optimization strategies, and the customer decision-making process.
  • Cross-Functional History: Proven experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams across Marketing, Revenue, Product, or Engineering functions.

Advantageous Skills:

Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), parsing user intent, and navigating evolving AI-driven discovery ecosystems like GEO and Web MCP is highly valued.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Conversion Optimization: Optimise landing pages, funnel entry points, and user journeys to improve conversion.
  • Intent & Experience Alignment: Align traffic intent, messaging, and funnel experience based on customer behaviour and intent.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve funnel performance.
  • Friction & Drop-off Reduction: Identify and reduce funnel drop-offs and friction points.
  • Commercial Performance: Improve conversion, monetisation, and Revenue per Visitor (RPV).
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Introduce AI-driven funnel experiences and optimise for AI-driven discovery (Web MCP/GEO).
  • Workflow Efficiency: Use AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and experimentation efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SEO, Paid, Revenue, Product, and Platform teams.
  • Funnel Ownership: Progressively take ownership of end-to-end funnel performance for a market.
