Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

About the Role: sa.global is an 11-time winner of the Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year Award. We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will work directly with customers to gather requirements, offer business insights, and consult on industry best practices while leading full-cycle implementations.

What You'll Do

• Cover all aspects of consulting, including presales, analysis, implementation, and end-user training for D365 F&O.
• Document business requirements and evaluate the customer's processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Develop functional design documents to drive the development process and facilitate the customer's decision-making.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and liaise with developers and clients as the primary point of communication.
• Ensure technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.

What You Bring

• Experience as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O with full project implementation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (Japanese-speaking consultants based outside Japan are welcome to apply).
• Excellent understanding of core D365 F&O modules and implementation methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Sure Step).
• Strong requirements gathering skills, logical problem-solving, and the ability to write high-quality functional documentation.
• Bonus: Technical background/programming concept understanding, relevant Microsoft certifications, or Project Management certifications.
