Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our design team.

In this role, you will transform landscape design concepts into accurate, construction-ready drawings and professional client presentation packages.

The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with designers to deliver high-quality drawings on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, construction-ready landscape drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare landscape and site plans, grading plans, planting plans, and construction details.
• Develop polished client presentation packages from design concepts.
• Work exclusively in imperial units (feet and inches).
• Follow company CAD standards, including file naming conventions and layer organization.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to convert concepts into detailed technical drawings.
• Respond promptly to design revisions and feedback.
• Ensure projects are completed within established deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Perform additional drafting and design support tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years' AutoCAD drafting experience
• Proven experience producing:
• Landscape plans
• Site plans
• Grading plans
• Planting plans
• Construction details
• Client presentation packages
• Experience producing construction-ready drawings.
• Comfortable working with imperial measurements (feet and inches).
• Strong understanding of drafting standards and drawing accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
