About the Role: Hyprwork is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition, CRO, and retention strategy across Rejuvacare and the broader Hyprwork portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Own paid media strategy and performance across Meta, Native (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.), and Google.
  • Lead and manage a team of media buyers, setting direction and raising the bar for results.
  • Partner with creative, product, and tech teams to improve landing page performance, funnel conversion, and LTV.
  • Oversee agency partners across Amazon and retention, holding them accountable to performance targets.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting to diagnose channel health and execute swift optimizations.

What You Bring

  • 6-9 years in performance marketing with significant time in direct response environments and 8-figure budget experience.
  • Strong hands-on platform depth across Meta, Native advertising, and Google (Search, PMax, YouTube).
  • Fluency in DTC metrics (CPA, LTV, Churn, MER, AOV, CVR) and attribution tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, GA4).
  • A builder mentality with the ability to lead a team, think strategically, and execute when needed.
