Director of Finance

About the Role: ANNA is a US-based, mission-driven startup transforming autism care for young children and their families. As the Director of Finance, you will own ANNA's finance function end-to-end, serving as the primary financial partner to the leadership team and working directly with the CEO on strategic finance matters.

What You'll Do

• Own the month-end close process in QuickBooks, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable via Ramp and payroll processing via Rippling.
• Partner with operational leadership and the CEO to own the annual budgeting process and build financial models.
• Maintain rolling monthly forecasts and track key operational metrics in a financial context.
• Support the CEO on board materials, investor reporting, and strategic planning cycles.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of finance or accounting experience with demonstrated ownership of accounting and FP&A responsibilities.
• QuickBooks proficiency and advanced Excel skills for building financial models from scratch.
• Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, multi-site service businesses, or a CPA designation.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $32,000 – $42,000 USD / ~₱1.94 million - ~₱2.5 million PHP annually.
