About the Role: MagicSchool is the premier generative AI platform for teachers, serving over 7 million educators worldwide. We are looking for a Director of Customer Success, Central to serve as a critical senior leader responsible for driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction for our largest customers while strategically scaling our CS function within a fast-growing EdTech SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Boost Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by designing and optimizing scalable customer success playbooks that drive product adoption.
  • Achieve a CSAT score above 90% by owning the data narrative and interpreting metrics in Salesforce.
  • Reduce customer onboarding time for complex, multi-stakeholder implementations through continuous process improvement.
  • Develop direct reports by providing clear, actionable feedback, career coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure alignment across departments by collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success within a tech SaaS environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing CS teams, including hiring, performance management, and talent development.
  • Enterprise expertise in navigating, coaching, and scaling teams tasked with managing complex, high-value partnerships.
  • Expert ability to build, interpret, and leverage complex Salesforce dashboards.
  • Bonus: Experience in EdTech, familiarity with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero), and based in Central/Mountain Time Zones.
