About the Role: Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce by automating audit and assurance workflows. We are looking for a strategic Director, EMEA to lead and scale our European presence. You will own regional performance, manage revenue targets, and oversee cross-functional GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Support.

What You'll Do

  • Own regional business performance, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
  • Lead and scale the EMEA go-to-market organization, hiring and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Manage regional revenue targets, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline and close strategic deals.
  • Partner with U.S.-based executive leadership to align regional execution with global strategy, processes, and operating models.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners and customers across the audit/advisory ecosystem.
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable infrastructure solutions as the EMEA business matures.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, or financial services technology.
  • Proven experience leading revenue or GTM organizations within EMEA.
  • Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams in fast-growing startup environments.
  • Commercial leadership skills: experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across international teams and time zones.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into or working with firms such as BDO, KPMG, Grant Thornton, or similar.
