About Us
We're a team of creatives who believe that every pixel exists to move a person from curiosity to click to conversion.
We're looking for a direct response designer who understands this philosophy and can prove it with their portfolio.
Our ideal candidate has 2–5 years of graphic design experience specifically in direct response, performance marketing, or paid traffic creative.
They've designed for native platforms and Meta ads, and they know what an advertorial looks like, how a Taboola thumbnail needs to feel to get the click, and what stops the scroll in a Meta feed.
They think like a media buyer: CTR, CVR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, these are not foreign terms, they're how they evaluate their own work.
They can take a raw marketing brief and produce 3–5 distinct creative angles without hand-holding.
They work fast and iterate faster. They're not precious about their work, they're precious about their results.
They understand the psychology of native advertising and Meta ads alike: editorial blending, curiosity gaps, thumb-stopping hooks, and the visual triggers that drive clicks across both environments.
They can balance platform compliance with conversion. They know where the line is on Meta, Taboola, and Outbrain, and how to get close without crossing it.
Portfolio showcases landing pages, advertorial graphics, native ad creatives, and Meta ad creatives, not just brand decks and social posts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design landing page and sales page creatives as your primary, daily output
- Build static native ad images, thumbnail variants, and Meta ad creative optimized for feed and editorial-feed CTR alike
- Develop multiple hook and angle variations for every campaign, across native and Meta, to enable rigorous A/B testing
- Work directly with media buyers to iterate on creative based on live performance data (CTR, thumb-stop rate, CPA, ROAS)
- Optimize designs for both CTR (at the ad level) and CVR (at the landing page level). You understand both metrics and how your work impacts each
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands while adapting tone and style for each platform (native vs. Meta vs. landing page)
- Stay compliant: you understand platform policies, including Meta's ad and health claim policies, and health/wellness claim sensitivity. You push conversion without pushing boundaries or getting flagged
- Ship fast. Give feedback loops real turnaround times. This is a high-output, test-and-iterate environment
Requirements
- Figma: primary design and collaboration tool
- Adobe Photoshop: image manipulation, compositing, and retouching
- Adobe After Effects or equivalent: for GIF and light motion creative production
- Understanding of native ad specs across Taboola, Outbrain, and MGID
- Understanding of Meta ad specs and placements (feed, Stories, Reels) and how creative sizing/format impacts performance
- Ability to work from a written brief and produce production-ready assets without excessive revision cycles
- Strong plus: Experience designing compliance-friendly creatives for health, wellness, and gifting verticals. You know the difference between 'clinically proven' (no-go) and 'thousands of customers report...
Benefits
- See your creative work directly tied to revenue — real attribution, real feedback, real growth
- Work with experienced media buyers who give you performance data on every creative you ship
- Fast creative cycles — your work goes live quickly and improves based on real data, not opinions
- Performance bonuses tied to creative output quality and campaign contribution
- Career growth into Senior Designer or Creative Strategist as we scale
- Remote-first, high-ownership culture — you own your output and your craft
- Work across multiple consumer brands in gifting, health, wellness, and lifestyle
