Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and metrics-minded Digital Marketing Manager (internally anchored as the Digital Growth Manager – Philippines) to join our core centralized Growth Asia division in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified technical acquisition authorities resident anywhere across the the Philippines. Operating as the primary go-to-market driver and cultural ambassador for the critical Philippine remittance corridor, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over online user acquisition, multi-platform brand equity, and downstream conversion funnels across global international markets. Shifting completely away from routine passive content moderation, simple social profile caption styling, basic spreadsheet logging, or minor administrative task tracking loops, you will run an active audience data, performance marketing, and creator network laboratory—collaborating hand-in-hand with internal Product, Design, Paid Ads, and global Compliance squads. This position requires a digital consumer acquisition or fintech marketing veteran who structures international creator distribution loops fluidly natively using Influencer Marketing architectures, builds complex lifecycle metric models cleanly natively leveraging Influencer Marketing analytical tracking parameters, and commands large-scale multi-channel campaign budgets confidently across North American and European expansion zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Creator Network Scale: Onboard, manage, and scale a high-impact global network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and creators to execute viral campaigns targeting the Southeast Asian and Filipino diaspora cleanly natively utilizing Influencer Marketing best practices.
- End-to-End Corridor Metrics Ownership: Take absolute personal accountability over core financial and user growth indicators for the Philippine corridor, focusing deeply on new user sign-ups, customer conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), and monthly transaction velocities.
- Strategic B2B Partnership Development: Negotiate, secure, and manage high-leverage B2B online growth integrations and lead cross-border public relations (PR) initiatives alongside major diaspora media channels, blogs, and regional publications.
- Data-Driven Conversion Optimization: Monitor multi-platform campaign trends continuously natively leveraging Influencer Marketing diagnostics across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to drive users efficiently from sign-up to active transacting status.
- Conversion-Driven Content Collaboration: Partner closely with internal graphic design cells and multi-disciplinary creative pods to translate market research and diaspora consumer insights into high-converting ad creative concepts and video storyboards.
- Lifecycle and CRM Function Governance: Manage customer relationship management (CRM) setups, tracking funnel user churn, optimizing automated notification loops, and supervising the transactor retention lifecycle.
- Regulatory and Policy Interlock: Collaborate with internal Finance, Legal, and Compliance divisions to review campaign structures, ensuring all cross-border messaging complies thoroughly with banking security rules and localized regulations.
- Cross-Functional Diaspora Ambassadorship: Serve as the core cultural pulse and demographic expert for the Philippines market during long-range regional product mapping and cross-functional project planning sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional history running advanced digital performance marketing, consumer acquisition campaigns, international brand scaling, content strategy development, or growth marketing consulting.
- Expert-tier capability onboarding brand ambassadors, negotiating co-branding agreements, and auditing digital channel spend natively utilizing Influencer Marketing methodologies.
- Practical operational familiarity parsing user conversion funnels, tracking customer acquisition costs (CAC), and modeling performance analytics natively using Influencer Marketing frameworks across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
- Deep, practical understanding of multi-variant ad testing (A/B testing paradigms), creative layout optimization, and short-form vertical video marketing logic.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and scannable technical-documentation communication attributes in business-fluent English to summarize acquisition telemetry before international executive boards.
- Highly adaptive and relationship-driven mindset, comfortable pivoting digital strategy quickly inside a fast-paced, high-velocity Series B startup environment.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified digital growth authorities based permanently and resident within the borders of the Philippines to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.
