Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our core centralized Online Marketing collective in a full-time remote contract capacity across Poland. Operating as a critical growth engine and cross-functional connector across our market positioning initiatives, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for designing, launching, and managing comprehensive B2B demand generation and public relations (PR) programs. Shifting completely away from routine passive content tagging, minor layout changes, simple back-office data entry typing, or disconnected administrative log entry updates, you will run an active corporate marketing lab—getting hands-on with real product layers to convert abstract technical capabilities into field-ready lead pipelines. This position requires an enterprise tech or data infrastructure marketing veteran with 5+ years of craft depth who builds high-impact organic visibility architectures fluidly natively using SEO frameworks, structures high-converting paid search loops smoothly natively using Google Ads tools, and commands complex multi-channel marketing campaigns confidently under strict revenue growth deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate, design, and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored explicitly to drive market positioning and lead acquisition inside the North American data center industry cleanly natively utilizing SEO tools.
- High-Converting Google Ads Governance: Own, deploy, and manage multi-tenant paid search campaigns, conducting deep-dive keyword research, authoring conversion-focused ad copy, and tracking quality scores natively leveraging Google Ads parameters.
- Full-Lifecycle Lead Generation Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel inbound marketing tracks (encompassing paid search, events, and gated content) to capture qualified enterprise leads and compress sales cycles.
- Thought Leadership and Content Management: Author, edit, and publish high-quality technical content—including white papers, deep-dive case studies, technical articles, and corporate blog posts—while maintaining a rigorous cross-functional editorial calendar across WordPress or Magento CMS platforms.
- Advanced Public Relations (PR) Strategy: Develop and execute PR maps, crafting detailed press releases, pitching media publications, and cultivating relationships with tech journalists and industry influencers to secure brand visibility.
- Omni-Channel Analytics and Diagnostics: Oversee full-lifecycle digital metrics, tracking web conversion trends, referral paths, and interface latency benchmarks using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
- Social Media Market Research: Conduct structured analysis and quantitative research regarding social media trends, buyer behavior, and audience engagement metrics on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook using platform-specific insights trackers.
- Budget and ROI Governance: Manage assigned marketing spend allocations effectively, optimizing content layouts and paid parameters to maximize return-on-investment (ROI) and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-Discipline Strategic Realignment: Collaborate hand-in-hand with distributed Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support pods to ensure cohesive product storytelling and align marketing goals with corporate priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced B2B technology marketing, digital demand generation engineering, corporate growth product management, public relations coordination, or brand agency consulting.
- Data Center Vertical Domain Background: Proven, hands-on career history delivering successful lead generation and revenue growth initiatives explicitly for the business-to-business (B2B) technology, cloud hosting, enterprise hardware, or data center solution sectors.
- Expert-tier capability writing scroll-stopping technical hooks, structuring editorial copy libraries, and managing content index parameters natively utilizing SEO rules.
- Practical operational familiarity configuring paid search clusters, optimizing bidding multipliers, and managing ad accounts natively using Google Ads configurations.
- Technical fluency navigating modern marketing technology stacks, requiring hands-on history inside Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, prominent CMS engines (WordPress or Magento), and basic HTML/CSS layouts.
- Outstanding written and spoken verbal communication attributes in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised confidence when presenting marketing research data before executive stakeholders or pitching international media.
- Educational context: University Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (with a professional preference for candidates holding an MBA or Master’s degree).
- Location Context: Position open to qualified marketing operators based permanently and resident within the borders of Poland to operate under a full-time remote contract layout.
