DevOps Team Manager / Scrum Master

About the Role: At LegalMatch, we are looking for a DevOps Team Manager / Scrum Master to lead and execute the team's DevOps strategy while remaining closely involved in the technical direction of infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes. You will drive Agile execution—facilitating delivery, removing blockers, and aligning stakeholders to ensure high-impact, business-critical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute a scalable, secure DevOps strategy to support high system availability and business continuity.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems to optimize deployment efficiency.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, driving a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure delivery consistency.
• Own and prioritize the DevOps backlog, aligning technical feasibility with business value.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to act as the key liaison with stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Bonus: Agile Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred.
