DevOps Engineer

About the Role: As a DevOps Engineer at Lucidya, your primary purpose is to streamline the software development and deployment processes, fostering collaboration between development and operations teams. Your role is crucial in achieving efficient, automated, and reliable workflows.

What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Utilize IaC tools to manage and provision infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Set up monitoring solutions and centralized logging for proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Work with cloud providers to optimize infrastructure and leverage cloud services effectively.
• Implement security best practices and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual intervention.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of IaC principles and tools (e.g., Terraform) and configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) and building custom tools and scripts.
