We are looking for an Illustrator & Design Specialist to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of books. Your designs will breathe life into characters and captivate readers across a diverse spectrum of genres.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize, design, and bring to life captivating book covers and illustrations based on guidelines.
• Collaborate directly with authors and production managers to ensure designs seamlessly align with their visions.
• Create visually compelling illustrations using AI tools that meet stringent quality standards.
• Adapt your artistic style to cater to a diverse range of genres and tight project deadlines.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in illustration and book cover design, showcased through a captivating portfolio.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills for a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the publishing industry and its cover design standards is highly advantageous.
