Design Product Specialist

About the Role: Doneverse is a rapidly growing provider of Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants, dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and businesses globally. As a Design Product Specialist (Graphic Designer), you will create visually compelling, high-converting brand kits and digital assets for a variety of industries.

What You'll Do

• Develop design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, and social media templates using Canva and Figma.
• Customize and adapt templates to fit each Founder's brand, ensuring outputs feel polished and aligned.
• Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and optimized for cross-platform use.
• Collaborate with global team members to align designs with brand strategy and implement QA standards.
• Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree with a strong background in digital marketing.
• Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience is a plus).
• C1 English proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-output environment without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts (12am–8am PHT) in a remote setup.
