Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, technical Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist based in Germany to deploy our industry-leading voice AI technology against our enterprise partners’ most complex challenges. Moving fluidly between deep technical engineering and high-level executive communication, you will synthesize disconnected streams of user workflows into cohesive software requirements. You will work hand-in-hand with our internal Research, Product, and Client Engineering squads to architect bespoke API integrations, write custom script extensions, and assemble immersive audio demos. This track demands an adaptable, high-agency builder who thrives in lean, high-velocity settings and values impact over corporate titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Technical Deployment: Lead the end-to-end execution of deep integration rollouts for our most strategic regional corporate accounts, deploying conversational audio architectures at scale.
• Bespoke API Architecture: Partner directly with client engineering departments to design, code, and test custom software integrations that blend ElevenLabs models safely into existing digital platforms.
• Use Case & Script Prototyping: Analyze client operational workflows to uncover automation opportunities, writing functional Python automation scripts and API hooks to build working prototypes.
• C-Suite Technical Showcases: Formulate and present compelling technical product demonstrations, solution roadmaps, and project impact metrics to audiences ranging from deep developer squads to executive C-suite boards.
• Field Intelligence Feedback: Synthesize field usage metrics and edge-case deployment insights, feeding data directly back to core Research and Product teams to optimize our foundational models.
• Cross-Sector Solution Expansion: Scope potential consumer applications, analyze voice-interaction patterns, and expand ElevenLabs capabilities across emerging industries globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional or hands-on history interfacing with customers in a technical capacity (highly technical consultative tracks, engineering sales, or specialized product strategy roles).
• Functional programmatic fluency in Python coupled with a solid structural understanding of web integration concepts, **REST APIs, and webhooks**.
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication mechanics, with a demonstrated capability to simplify sophisticated AI engineering models into plain business logic.
• A verified tracking background of taking full personal ownership over complex technical projects from discovery to live deployment.
• High execution adaptability, with the capacity to absorb voice and audio model mechanics quickly across varying enterprise legacy environments.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first operational infrastructure flexibility restricted exclusively to qualified technical strategists permanently residing inside Germany.

• Prior experience operating within fast-paced AI research groups, voice-tech startups, or elite data management consultancies.
