Job Description
About the Role: TechnologyAdvice is a trusted source of information for B2B tech buyers. We are looking for an entry-level Delivery Coordinator to own the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks for our Delivery Operations and Client Success teams. You will handle multiple projects to ensure seamless campaign execution, lead delivery, and client account support.
What You'll Do
- Set up, configure, and launch campaigns in Convertr, including ongoing optimizations and troubleshooting.
- Monitor daily lead delivery and pacing, following up on missing submissions to ensure campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate campaign data across Salesforce and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate vendor operations end-to-end, track deliverables, and manage campaign execution workflows.
- Deliver leads and reporting updates to clients while building dashboards for performance metrics.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience supporting campaign execution, lead delivery, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and lead delivery platforms like Convertr.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, lead pacing, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and coordinate effectively with external vendors.
- Note: Must be located in the Philippines and able to work overnight US hours (9pm-6am or 10pm-7am PHT).
