Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and automation-minded Data and Automation Specialist to join our core centralized Loss Prevention engineering collective in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified technical builders resident anywhere across the Philippines. Shifting completely away from routine standalone data entry logging, manual camera feed scrubbing, basic folder formatting, or minor disconnected administrative text typing, you will run an active data science, business intelligence, and workflow engineering laboratory—collaborating directly with cross-functional business units to turn ambiguous commercial questions into precise analytical models. This position requires a data architecture or digital automation veteran who extracts clean data streams fluidly natively using SQL query optimizations, maps out interactive stakeholder dashboards smoothly natively leveraging Data Analyst configurations, and commands advanced generative AI scripting platforms confidently under strict North American operations cadences.

Key Responsibilities

• Relational Query Optimization and Audits: Write, test, and optimize complex, low-overhead database scripts utilizing multiple joins, window functions, and advanced aggregations cleanly natively utilizing SQL parameters to deliver high-integrity datasets.
• Enterprise BI System Management: Design, deploy, and maintain intuitive, business-facing visual analytics systems and metric dashboards natively leveraging Data Analyst tools (such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Meticulous Data Quality Assurance: Conduct continuous monitoring loops across internal data warehouses, identifying funnel anomalies, fixing reporting data discrepancies, and safeguarding a single source of truth that leadership can trust without verification.
• AI Prototyping and Tool Deployment: Incorporate cutting-edge generative AI code interfaces, prompt engineering pipelines, and no-code builders (including Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot) to build, refine, and ship custom internal workflows that visibly reduce operational time.
• End-to-End Workflow Automation: Evaluate operational workflows across the company to isolate repetitive manual vulnerabilities, engineering lightweight script bridges in Python or JavaScript to sync cloud APIs and automate data delivery tracks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
