Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Processing: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust analytical solutions.
  • Predictive Modeling: Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models to support and guide business strategies.
  • Data Governance: Identify data quality issues and work closely with IT teams to improve data collection, storage processes, and overall integrity.
  • Strategic Presentations: Present data insights and strategic recommendations to executive management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing performance tracking and proactive analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  • Deep proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong theoretical and practical understanding of statistical methods and advanced data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven professional experience working with large-scale datasets while managing multiple analytical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
