The Role

We are looking for experienced Customer Experience Lab Technicians to join our UK team. You will apply your deep dental lab expertise to partner directly with clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications. Your role is to provide real-time technical support, ensuring quality outcomes and an exceptional experience for every doctor.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Partner with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Live Clinical Support: Troubleshoot issues via phone, chat, and video to clarify digital workflows and offer empathetic service.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between clinicians and Dandy lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production results.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide technical advice on complex cases and build customer confidence in our digital tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a Dental Technician role.
  • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (Implant and Crown & Bridge cases).
  • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems and scan bodies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clinicians over video and chat.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously.
  • Available for shifts ranging from 8am to 6:15pm GMT.
