Job Description
About the Role: RateHawk is a fast-growing international travel-tech company passionate about travel and technology. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Incident Resolution) to rapidly and effectively resolve client issues, keep our clients happy, and ensure our operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues sent by retail and corporate clients through our CRM system.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding bookings and products.
- Engage and communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.
- Efficiently utilize CRM systems and internal databases to manage incident resolution.
What You Bring
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Strong soft skills including kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- A functioning computer and microphone for remote work.
- Bonus: Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is a strong advantage!
