Job Description

About the Role: Duel is the purest, fairest casino ever built. We're waging war on scammers and shady operators — and we need someone to keep the lights on and players happy while we do it. You are the frontline. You aren't just a ticket-closer; you are the voice, the watchdog, and the fixer managing live chat, social, bug reports, and crisis management.

What You'll Do

  • Own live chat five days a week minimum, plus manage situations when things kick off outside hours.
  • Manage socials and community platforms.
  • Actively test the site to find bugs, raise them, and follow up until they're resolved.
  • Test new features before they ship and handle escalations and edge cases solo.
  • Spot root cause issues and fix the process, not just the symptom.

What You Bring

  • A thick skin (users will insult you) and the ability to stay calm when everything is on fire.
  • Genuine desire to help people, strong troubleshooting instincts, and high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with crypto and willing to get involved everywhere (no laziness).
  • Bonus: Previous support experience and remote work experience.
