About the Role: HealthJoy is on a mission to guide employees to affordable, high-quality healthcare by removing the complexity from being healthy and well. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Healthcare Concierge) based in Ukraine to process member requests, providing top-quality service and fully informing members about their benefits.
What You'll Do
- Process member requests (tickets) via telephone and chat to assist and support an appropriate level of care.
- Search for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that suit the members' needs most accurately.
- Make outbound calls to members and/or providers to assist in scheduling appointments and closing gaps in care.
- Partner with leadership and clinical staff to determine the best strategies to support members and provide a WOW experience.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level).
- Exceptional communication skills, high empathy, and strong critical thinking abilities.
- Solid level of accountability, ability to adapt to frequent change, and proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs.
- Bonus: Experience in the Customer Support/Service field is a plus.
