Job Description

About the Role: JOOR is a Series D start-up providing the world's most recognized brands and retailers with a digital wholesale management platform. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, ensuring activities align with their business strategy and driving value from their investment. This role requires working standard PST hours.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value.
  • Understand and assess customer requirements, rolling out the service to establish high expected customer service performance.
  • Strategize and identify ways to increase renewal rates, keep churn near zero, and strategically expand revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Be an advocate for client feature requests and work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Data teams.
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, Account Management, or Strategy Consulting is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills with strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • A proactive, consultative approach with the ability to handle difficult upselling and reselling conversations.
  • Bonus: Experience in fashion wholesale and/or using the JOOR platform.
