What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of long-tail customer accounts using a scaled engagement (one-to-many) model.
- Execute proactive outreach programs, including newsletters, in-product messaging, and lifecycle email campaigns.
- Ensure customers receive relevant technical and educational resources aligned to onboarding and adoption milestones.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, keeping account status, contacts, and health indicators up to date.
- Monitor product usage and health indicators to identify potential expansion or upsell opportunities.
What You Bring
- 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar SaaS-based customer-facing role.
- Experience with high-volume portfolio management and scaled engagement strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how SaaS products work.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Technical Support, and leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and a data-informed approach to identifying customer needs.
