About the Role: ElevenLabs is an AI research company transforming human-computer interaction. We are looking for a Customer Success professional to partner directly with enterprise customers in Japan as they build and deploy conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform. You will advise on agent design, integration, and scaling while driving revenue outcomes through account expansion.
What You'll Do
- Advise enterprise customers on agent design, personas, conversation flows, and tool integrations to deliver business outcomes.
- Guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony.
- Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio, identifying cross-sell opportunities and driving multi-product adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert technical success into durable revenue growth.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in Japan.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with building and deploying AI agents and navigating SDKs/API integrations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes, including owning a quota and closing cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address complex customer needs.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market landscape, cultural nuances, and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
