About the Role: Bennie is an employee benefits services and technology firm helping companies create healthier workplaces through an ultimate benefits platform. We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary service relationship owner for an assigned book of business, delivering exceptional consulting service and helping shape benefit strategies for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the service relationship and strategy for assigned customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Support the execution of annual customer account plans and lead open enrollment presentations.
  • Collaborate with the consulting delivery team to develop key deliverables and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain expertise on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to educate and enable customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, data operations, and product teams to support business development and operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, external insurance carriers, and partners.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of benefit account management experience supporting a benefits consulting team.
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex books of business and navigating benefits renewal workflows.
  • Requirement: Must hold a current Life & Health Producer’s License.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus: Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms and both large/small-group consulting.
