View Company ProfileCorrelation One (operating under correlation-one.com, legally Correlation One, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade AI enablement platform, corporate data upskilling pioneer, and human capital transformation powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity workflow redesign, workforce training, and technical talent acquisition layer for Fortune 500 corporations, global financial institutions, and major government agencies. Co-founded in 2015 by quantitative finance and tech innovators Rasheed Sabar (Co-CEO) and Sham Mustafa (Co-CEO), the company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of enterprise digital modernization—where organizations lose billions on passive, low-ROI generic AI course libraries and abstract training videos that fail to transfer to real-world workflows—by deploying custom, cohort-based, and instructor-led upskilling matrices. Moving far beyond traditional, passive online learning platforms or fragmented recruiting agencies, Correlation One natively unifies multi-level executive AI fluency, hands-on prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration (such as prompt chaining methodologies), specialized U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs, and national-scale technical talent sourcing channels like Datathons into a single high-availability training ecosystem. Serving as a trusted digital capability builder for hundreds of elite global operations—including Amazon, Citadel, Coca-Cola, and the U.S. Department of Defense—the platform has advanced the careers of over 500,000 professionals across more than 50 countries. Under the hood, its technology and operations framework integrates a global network of over 3,000 domain experts from top-tier institutions like MIT and Harvard, secure corporate APIs, and structured, workflow-specific curriculum templates designed to drive measurable business impact and high-confidence skills transformation within 90 days of deployment. What sets Correlation One apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing abstract theory with functional operational readiness, human-in-the-loop AI governance, and localized economic empowerment; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive advanced data science concepts and the everyday workflows of a scaling enterprise, the corporation remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic EdTech and global workforce intelligence transformation.
