Creative Technologist (Design + Tech)

About the Role: Brandtech+ (formerly known as OLIVER+) is a global team of creative thinkers and tech-savvy trendsetters. As a Creative Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between creative and technical teams, developing innovative technological solutions that enhance our advertising campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and strategists to conceptualize and prototype advanced technology-driven advertising solutions.
• Proactively identify and bridge gaps between departments, observing creative workflows to streamline production.
• Conduct research and development to explore new platforms, software, and tools (including AI and machine learning) that enhance creative capabilities.
• Oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists while presenting technical concepts to clients.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role within the advertising/digital media industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with experience working in production on Print and Digital media.
• Experience with emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, IoT) and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing your ability to merge creativity with technology.
