Creative Project Manager

About the Role: Clipt is looking for a Creative Project Manager who is both highly organized and naturally curious. This role involves leading a creative team toward delivering high-quality outputs that meet client expectations, while also helping maintain a healthy work environment and uplifting overall team morale.

What You'll Do

• Lead creative projects while ensuring deliverables are completed smoothly and on time.
• Recognize when an output is not yet up to standard and proactively escalate it to leadership for review.
• Coordinate requests, timelines, and feedback with finesse and professionalism.
• Use project management tools to help both clients and creatives maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
• Support a positive and collaborative team culture.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills with confidence and empathy in people management.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and team morale effectively.
• Knowledge of or a willingness to learn modern project management tools.
• Bonus: Knowledge of paid ads (such as Meta Ads) and former experience as an editor, creative director, or multimedia artist.
