Creative Marketing Director

About the Role: Marriage Reset (MM Coaching Limited) helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching. We are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Director to co-lead the company's vision and brand strategy alongside our Co-Founder. You will own creative direction across all customer touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in conversions, revenue, and audience engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop monthly creative strategies from data insights, including hooks and campaigns for organic and paid content.
• Oversee and direct all creative output across paid ads, landing pages, email sequences, and video scripts.
• Build, manage, and elevate the creative team including designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Own and refine the brand voice, signing off on all messaging and copy before it goes to market.
• Collaborate with media buying and growth teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance data.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in creative direction within high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses.
• Proven track record of overseeing $1M+ funnels with a strong understanding of voice-of-customer research.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams, manage QA processes, and own final approvals.
• Strong copywriting literacy and an analytical mindset obsessed with testing and performance metrics.
