Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical, trend-conscious, and visually-minded Creative Marketing Designer to develop high-converting static and motion performance assets for our AlphaNovel product line under a full-time, fully remote engagement framework based in Ukraine. Operating as a core visual architect within our digital content group, you will step up to claim true individual design and variation accountability over turning performance marketing briefs into highly engaging promotional materials. Shifting completely away from plain corporate typography edits, simple document filing, or basic website layout templates, you will run an active multi-format static asset, timeline animation, and digital illustration laboratory—partnering face-to-face with product marketing groups, creative copywriters, and multimedia video teams. This position requires an agile visual creator with 6+ months of craft depth who builds striking mobile ad variations fluidly natively using Graphic Design principles, evaluates reference files cleanly to match brand aesthetics, and manages cross-platform resizing tasks confidently to maximize paid channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Static Asset Creation: Design and compose high-fidelity static promotional images and graphics based on dedicated user acquisition briefs natively utilizing Graphic Design best practices.
• Motion Design Production: Develop, animate, and output engaging short-form marketing videos and motion graphic variations to fuel digital paid media campaigns.
• Multi-Channel Format Adaptation: Edit, restructure, and deliver asset resizes across distinct dimensional parameters to accommodate various mobile and web promotional networks.
• Brainstorming and Ideation: Proactively generate novel creative concepts for growth tasks, contributing unique perspectives to collaborative marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Project File Infrastructure Management: Organize, store, and version production design source files systematically according to established team workflow guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with internal copywriters, growth managers, and design leads to continuously polish visual outputs and hit production milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of professional or verified freelance history executing graphic design, motion design, or digital marketing asset generation.
• Strong operational literacy and production capability across industry-standard design programs including After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop natively utilizing Graphic Design protocols.
• Proven capacity to break down reference materials, mood boards, and performance briefs into polished custom visual variations.
• Demonstrated attention to detail combined with the structural flexibility to output creative work across diverse mobile file formats.
• Genuine interest in growing professionally within the digital publishing, storytelling, and performance marketing ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, distributed team structure.
