Position Overview

We are seeking a highly resourceful, conversion-minded Creative Editor (Video & Static Ads) to join our global creative division in a full-time hybrid capacity. In this high-velocity remote seat, you will serve as the core engine driving short-form ad iterations from abstract concept down to final asset export. Moving far beyond traditional aesthetic editing, your primary focus centers on engineering high-output direct-response video ads (UGC, founder-led pitches, product demos, and customer testimonials) optimized for rapid testing workflows on Meta and TikTok. Simultaneously, you will build clean, high-converting static image ads to maximize pod speed, relying heavily on modern AI creation utilities to accelerate execution throughput.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct-Response Video Engineering: Edit, chop, and iterate on high-performing short-form video ad frameworks for paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Multi-Angle Hook Variations: Cut multiple video iterations, testing diverse hooks, pacing metrics, and Call-to-Action (CTA) layers to isolate winning marketing formulas.
  • Static Creative Design: Structure, style, and export high-signal static ad images for paid acquisition funnels, adapting swipe files into on-brand assets.
  • AI Pipeline Orchestration: Weave advanced generative artificial intelligence utilities natively into your daily editing loops—utilizing platforms like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, Descript, and CapCut AI to streamline scripting and video processing.
  • Ad Copy & Concept Scripting: Draft, refine, and adapt creative copy templates, conceptualizing hooks and visual overlays that sync perfectly with target user demographics.
  • Asset Sourcing & Governance: Curate, clean, and map disorganized raw media fields, organizing B-roll banks, user-generated content packages, and sound libraries.
  • Performance Iteration Loops: Partner tightly with growth strategists and quantitative analysts, translating live funnel feedback into rapid video modifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of verified professional history running video editing pipelines specifically tailored for direct-response paid social ads within the DTC sector.
  • A robust, conversion-focused portfolio demonstrating a clear history of launching high-performing video creatives for digital media channels.
  • Hands-on operational design proficiency assembling static ad spaces for Meta interfaces.
  • Technical mastery navigating your choice of modern editing platforms, with explicit command over CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects.
  • Working operational knowledge of image modification layers inside Adobe Photoshop.
  • Comprehensive understanding of conversion optimization principles, hook timings, emotional visual triggers, and CTA placements.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong, professional verbal and written English communication mechanics.
