Creative Director

About the Role: Trust Wallet is the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, trusted by over 200 million people worldwide. We are looking for a Creative Director to own and evolve our brand identity. You will lead our brand design team, set the creative vision, and ensure everything we put out into the world is cohesive, intentional, and distinctive.

What You'll Do

• Own the brand creative vision and visual identity system.
• Lead and mentor the brand design team, driving major creative projects including campaigns, brand refreshes, and new product launches.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Partner with marketing on go-to-market creative and present work to senior leadership.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers when needed.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in brand, creative, or design roles with a strong portfolio showing brand identity and visual systems.
• Experience managing designers or creative teams in both agency and in-house environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative decisions clearly.
• Bonus: Experience at a tech company/startup, motion design sensibility, and experience working alongside a product design org.
