Job Description
About the Role: 6sense is looking for a Creative Director who comes in ready to lead and elevate the brand. You will set the creative vision across digital, web, video, experiential, and campaign work, building scalable teams that move fast without losing craft while treating every touchpoint as an opportunity to make the market stop and pay attention.
What You'll Do
- Set and drive the creative vision for the 6sense brand across all channels.
- Lead a multidisciplinary creative team and maintain a high creative bar across every touchpoint.
- Partner closely with brand narrative and communications teams to ensure creative and story are fully integrated.
- Build scalable production systems, including thoughtful integration of AI tools, to increase throughput without sacrificing craft.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusive collaboration.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of creative experience, including significant time leading and managing creative teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating range (brand campaigns, digital, video, experiential) and a clear, consistent point of view.
- Strong B2B experience, with the ability to make technical products feel urgent, relevant, and human.
- Fluency with AI-powered creative tools and a clear perspective on using them to accelerate high-quality work.

- Base Salary Range: $160,120.50 - $234,843.40 per year, plus potential bonus/commission and stock options.
