Copywriter

About the Role: Trialfacts is hiring a Copywriter to create promotional content for clinical trial recruitment campaigns. Your writing will help connect patients with potentially life-changing research studies run by institutions and sponsors around the world, turning complex medical information into clear, engaging messaging.

What You'll Do

• Write promotional content including ads, headlines, questionnaires, landing page text, and emails to drive action and improve signups.
• Translate dense clinical trial protocols and medical documents into clear, patient-friendly messaging without losing accuracy.
• Improve campaign performance by revising copy based on feedback, campaign data, and ethics board requirements.
• Conduct QA scoring and review promotional materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, tone, and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate in a fast-moving, 100% remote global team to support campaign execution.

What You Bring

• Strong written English skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex information for everyday people.
• Experience writing marketing, advertising, social media, email, or conversion-focused content.
• A detail-oriented mindset capable of catching inconsistencies and balancing speed with quality in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort using AI tools, Google Docs, project management tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
• A coachable attitude, comfortable receiving feedback and revising work multiple times.
