Job Description

About the Role: Upwork is the world's work marketplace. We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager with a strong foundation in finance and operations to support a company build-out initiative. This role focuses on leading integration efforts for acquired entities while managing the end-to-end setup of new legal entities across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

  • Lead integration efforts for acquired entities across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution for new legal entity creation in various global markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external experts to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies related to global entity setup.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in finance with the ability to understand and apply financial concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within integration or global expansion initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex, cross-border operational environments.
