Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Finance Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (BA/QA) specialist with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) expertise. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading end-to-end (E2E) testing, documenting core business processes, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving stakeholder engagement across finance transformation workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Mapping & Documentation: Elicit, validate, and document E2E finance business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and E2E scenarios within D365 F&O.
• UAT Facilitation: Coordinate and guide finance stakeholders through UAT, capturing defects, managing triage, and ensuring sign-off.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between finance teams and technical delivery squads to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Finance BA or QA on large-scale D365 F&O implementations.
• In-depth functional knowledge of core finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Intercompany accounting, and Month-End Close.
• Strong experience in creating test strategies, test execution scripts, and managing defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and business stakeholder management skills.
