Content Specialist - AI-Powered Production

About the Role: Our client builds financial infrastructure for purpose-driven giving. We are seeking a hands-on Content Specialist - AI-Powered Production to own the creative output across organic and owned channels. You will concept, produce, write, and publish content that reflects both the quality of the platform and the significance of the mission.

What You'll Do

• Write platform-native copy, translating data, behavioural insights, and research into compelling narratives.
• Take briefs and turn them into fully produced, platform-ready assets using AI-native tools (video, imagery, voiceover, scripting, design).
• Produce authentic, low-production original content when needed (on-street interviews, UGC-style content).
• Own and maintain the content calendar across audiences and channels, managing asset libraries and workflows.
• Produce content that lives inside the product experience to maintain consistency between external and internal experiences.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, including AI-generated visuals, video, and written content.
• Hands-on fluency with AI content tools (not just experimentation) and a strong copywriting instinct.
• Self-directed and organised workflow management with cultural sensitivity and curiosity.
• Bonus: Experience with purpose-driven brands, understanding of organic growth, and familiarity with content analytics.
