What you'll actually do

Every video starts with an idea, and every idea lives or dies by its thumbnail. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Concept Artist to dream up the visual hooks that make millions of people click. If you look at the thumbnails across our channels and think "I could have created a better concept than that", this is your time to shine!

What you'll actually do

• Turn video ideas into attention-grabbing concepts for future thumbnails, before a single frame is shot
• Sketch the "what if" moments (e.g., the trap, the twist, the stakes) in a single frame
• Work directly with the creative team shaping what the internet sees next
• Push every concept until it's instantly readable, even with the sound off and the title hidden

What we're looking for

• A sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling
• Clean, simple, high-clarity concept work
• An instinct for stakes, drama, and clickability
• Someone who studies what works (and what doesn't) and has opinions about it
