Community Manager (West Coast US)

About the Role: n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to take ownership of n8n's community presence on the US West Coast. This role sits at the center of how we grow the community: supporting ambassadors, improving event quality, and helping more people connect with n8n in a meaningful way.

What You'll Do

• Support and grow the US ambassador network, acting as their main point of contact.
• Organize and host high-quality community events (hackathons, workshops, meetups) across the West Coast.
• Coach ambassadors on running events and contribute to larger initiatives like future US conferences.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy, collaborating with our Europe-based team to translate community insights back to the company.

What You Bring

• Based in San Francisco or the broader West Coast area (SF is the center of gravity for this role).
• Experience in a community role at a tech company with developer tools or infrastructure DNA.
• Strong event organization and hosting skills; comfortable being a public face at events and on camera.
• A DevRel or evangelist mindset: high energy, genuine enthusiasm for the space, and highly autonomous.
• Bonus: Familiarity with open source communities, workflow automation tools, and tracking community health metrics.
