Most design roles bury you in brand guidelines, logo revisions, and "can you make it pop" feedback loops. This one strips all of that away. You produce two things: paid ad creative that has to perform, and product images that have to sell. In Arabic and English, natively, at speed. Nothing else.

Our client is a growing online retail brand that runs on Meta campaigns and product pages that convert. They're not looking for a portfolio artist. They're looking for a commercial operator who can turn a written brief into a set of assets that move numbers, then do it again 24 hours later.

Why this role exists

Creative is the bottleneck in e-commerce growth. Every test needs fresh concepts, every product page needs images that make someone stop scrolling and buy. When creative arrives late or off-brief, the test window closes, and the spend is wasted. This role exists to keep that engine fed: multiple concepts per brief, variations for testing, delivered fast enough to matter. Your work doesn't sit in a deck. It goes live and gets measured.

What you'll own

You'll produce static ad creative for Meta campaigns, not one execution per brief but multiple concepts, then variations of the winners: alternate visuals, headlines, layouts. You'll build product image sets for e-commerce pages, retouched to production standard, using AI-generated scenes where photography doesn't exist. And you'll deliver every asset in both Arabic and English, each version designed natively rather than translated, with editable source files every time.

This is volume work with a clear scoreboard. When an ad wins, you'll know, and you'll get paid a bonus for it.

Requirements

You'll thrive here if

You've produced real commercial output, not concept pieces. Specifically, you've made product images for live e-commerce listings, static ads that actually ran in a paid Meta account (ideally ones that performed), and photorealistic AI imagery where you can name the model you used. These three aren't nice-to-haves, they're the bar.

You'll be especially successful if you're fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, and can typeset Arabic that reads natively, right-to-left, with type that was chosen not defaulted. You read a brief and produce to it without a round of clarifying questions. You're fast, because turnaround here beats polish. You pick up brand rules after being shown once. And you take feedback and apply it on the next round instead of defending the last one.

If your background is logos, packaging, print, or brand identity, this isn't your role, and that's fine. It's just a different job.

How we'll evaluate you

Shortlisted candidates complete a short trial task on a real brief, assessed on brief adherence, quality of the finished asset, turnaround, and how you handle the feedback round. To get shortlisted, your portfolio needs to show the actual work: ads you produced that performed (with the brand named), product images from real e-commerce pages, AI samples with the model named, and confirmation of Arabic and English fluency. Include your per-image rate expectation and weekly capacity.

A link with two pieces won't cut it, and general design work doesn't count. We need enough relevant examples to judge the real thing.

Benefits

What's in it for you

This is a real ladder, not a trial with an expiry date. You start freelance and per-image. Strong performers move to a retained part-time arrangement, and full-time is on the table for the right person. It scales with the quality of your output, not with how long you stick around.

The terms are transparent from day one:

  • $5–$8 USD per base image
  • +$2 USD per variation
  • $30 USD bonus per winning ad
  • Paid biweekly

You work fully remote from any Arabic-speaking country, with no fixed hours. Work is measured in delivered assets against brief deadlines, not time logged. Briefs come in writing, turnaround is 24–48 hours on weekdays, and finals plus source files go to a shared drive. You raise questions before you start, not after you deliver.
