What You'll Do
- Build and execute a territory plan to identify, qualify, and close net-new commercial customers.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and final closure.
- Work with IT and security stakeholders to articulate the value of the Nightfall platform in reducing risk and increasing operational efficiency.
- Deliver tailored demos and business value presentations aligned with customer priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Engineering to optimize pipeline and accelerate revenue.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account activity tracking within the CRM.
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of commercial sales experience with a proven track record of closing net-new business.
- Experience in the Cybersecurity domain (DLP, CASB, or Insider Risk Management) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- A proactive "hunter" mentality and passion for making an impact in an early-stage AI security company.
- Willingness to travel to meet prospects in person as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 USD.
- Commission: $100,000 – $110,000 USD.
- Significant equity participation through stock options.
