What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a territory plan to identify, qualify, and close net-new commercial customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and final closure.
  • Work with IT and security stakeholders to articulate the value of the Nightfall platform in reducing risk and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Deliver tailored demos and business value presentations aligned with customer priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Engineering to optimize pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account activity tracking within the CRM.

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of commercial sales experience with a proven track record of closing net-new business.
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity domain (DLP, CASB, or Insider Risk Management) is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality and passion for making an impact in an early-stage AI security company.
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospects in person as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 USD.
  • Commission: $100,000 – $110,000 USD.
  • Significant equity participation through stock options.
