Collections & Cash Flow VA (AR Focus)

About the Role: At Scale Virtually, we are looking for a Collections VA (Cash Flow Enforcement & Accounts Receivable Execution) to ensure that cash flow moves on time, every time. You will actively contact clients, push payment commitments forward, and maintain pressure until money is collected to keep operations smooth.

What You'll Do

• Proactively contact clients regarding overdue and upcoming payments via email and phone.
• Coordinate directly with Project Managers to ensure invoices are triggered immediately upon project completion.
• Maintain an active cash flow calendar, monitor outstanding balances daily, and flag overdue accounts.
• Build and maintain a structured collections follow-up system to re-engage non-responsive clients.
• Provide light bookkeeping support by inputting financial data into QuickBooks Online and assisting with reconciliations.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or payment follow-up roles is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable initiating and controlling payment conversations with clients using a firm, professional tone.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience using QuickBooks Online.
• High attention to detail, specifically in tracking balances, due dates, and payment statuses.
• Note: You must be persistent and capable of following up repeatedly until resolution.
