Cloud Engineer (Azure)

About the Role: Plain Concepts is a global company of over 500 people passionate about technology and innovation. As part of our international Cloud/DevOps squad, you will craft tailor-made solutions that wow our clients. We are hunting for a passionate Cloud Engineer to tackle the unique challenges of cloud infrastructure, working alongside a brilliant team to build scalable and reliable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the design and implementation of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure using IaaS and PaaS services.
• Collaborate in the evolution of existing architectures, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Apply Azure security best practices (RBAC, Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault) and contribute to cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
• Participate in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support activities in cloud environments.
• Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical teams in an AGILE environment.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure in real projects.
• Experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Machines, Storage, SQL, and/or Cosmos DB.
• Understanding of IaaS and PaaS models, basic cloud security concepts, and cloud cost management.
• Fluent English, a proactive mindset, and an eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: Experience in hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
